 How do I know if I have a mold problem?
A:Other than visually observing mold growth, the only way to know if you have a mold problem is through testing.


Q:
 I see mold growing in my bathroom, will it grow throughout my home?
A:Mold spores need moisture to grow. While mold spores can travel from an area of growth, such as the bathroom, they will not "grow" anywhere in your home unless the right conditions exist.


Q:
 I keep wiping off the mold but it keeps coming back?
A:You have not addressed the reasons why mold is growing in the first place. Mold is secondary to moisture so you need to identify where the moisture is coming from and correct the problem.

 What can you do for me?
A:This depends on your goal. Did you have a water loss recently and just need to know if everything is dry? Does everything in your home seem "normal" yet you are having "hay fever" or respiratory type irritations? Did you just purchase your home and want to know if there is a mold problem? Is there a musty odor? We can help answer any of your questions!

 How long will it take to get test results?
A:Usually, if we can submit samples before 4pm then we can get results by the end of the next business day.
